Provide detailed info about reached limits

What to do?

We faced issues when we reached withdrawal limits in zkBob. Users didn't understand which limits were personal and which were not. So, the preventing such situations in the future, we need to make 2 simple changes:

1. Change copies for limits
2. Add the popup when a user wants to send an amount that is more then limit (right now we don't show anything). So, there will be 2 separate popups for withdrawal and deposit limits
