video background not working #252

when i put a link for my background video it doesnt work. i tried a full system restart, a refresh of the page and opened chrome again but still doesnt work. but meanwhile images work

Can you share the link to the video file you are trying to use please?

Also please see #236 for more details on what video links are not supported.
