INFO: Background images with base64

For the background URL, I can use data:image/jpeg;base64,IMAGE_BASE64 I haven't seen anyone mention this on Reddit or here, so I wanted to share it.
it works lightning fast without needing an internet connection.

I wonder, could a person still use a GitHub repository to store the data and import that into the url? I've looked into tokens a bit and haven't gotten very far.

I suppose this could also apply to private repos of images as well.
