The font used in the dropdown tooltip to display search terms is a bit odd, to me, for how the lowercase "L" used for Illustrator is a different font from the lowercase "L" used in the word "Illustrator" and elsewhere. Combined with some failed attempts to use it (which I'll describe in the next paragraph) kind-of made me think I need to try the numeral "1". That said, it seems that MarvelCDB is not using "i" for anything, so wouldn't it look better in this dropdown and feel more intuitive to use that lowercase dotted "i" for searching by Illustrator?
While attempting to search by illustrator, I discovered that only exact matches will work. This is part of what made me uncertain about whether it was "l" or "i" or "1" but I eventually figured out these things by choosing an illustrator on the more-robust card search page. Can this be adjusted to work more like the "x" text search and bring up partial matches?
While I would be more interested in having a partial match like "Preswick", above, returning results for both "Allie Preswick" and "Allison Preswick", I also could see it being nice to be able to do a boolean search, here:
But, yeah, partial match would be best, allowing display of all of these with one "Qualano" search:
The illustrator credit for this card has a typo, incorrectly showing a capitalized "A" in the surname Martin:
Core Set Alter-Ego card Peter Parker doesn't have illustrator credit, which is surprising to me because of its age. I wonder how best to go about reviewing this to see what cards are missing illustrator credit in the DB.
Could we have options for searching the DB for cards that have no illustrator credit? Like, an ability to search by "blank", or "uncredited"?
