When the browse tab is loaded, there aren't yet any nonce fields to check for the selected container, which is causing the single nonce check to fail at the start. To avoid this, only check nonces in the browse tab if the parameter we're checking against is present. Fixes #1.

Updated to 3.0.1-dev in the develop branch to be able to test out the beta versions of the plugin.
Ensure the proper nonces are checked during the file upload process.
