[DISC] reorder UVI for correct auto-discovery

To avoid auto-discovery issues due to substring comparison at https://github.com/1technophile/OpenMQTTGateway/blob/development/main/ZgatewayRTL_433.ino#L128 strcmp instead of substring only strstr
