Debugging Features
This troubleshooting tool can be used whenever something unusual is observed with the product backlog. For example, if items are missing and there's no valid explanation (they weren't manually deleted by anyone). Early in the development of the Atoll project this was most useful- it may no longer be needed but we will keep it just in case.
