Don't show "impact over time" section in stats until either a few days or a few calls (i think it currently starts at 1 call)

This graph is really unhelpful when you haven't been calling for many days or calling many people. Whoever does this can use their judgement on when to show it. Suggest >1 days or >=5 calls.
