Batch_WithPjtAndLoc_Selection

This is the 1st release with Project and Batch Page. Where Batch can be created by selecting project from a drop down list and selecting location from its comma separated text field.
This project selection and getting location happens in front-end templet file fms_pjt/batch/templets/batch/cbatch.html
