For a reference:

Posting a figure of possible line self absorption.

Real emission shows similar amplitude of noise (residual of ripples?), but ripples don't show real structure in the channel map,, while real emission does (around v=0 km/s).

SPW21/ HCO+ has some remaining issues with baseline identification and overfitting (can we just specify to fit a 1st/0th order polynomial?). The line is also significantly offset in velocity; is this true for the corresponding 12m as well or was the 12m fixed?

Before baseline:
