Flightstones/Crests quests in Emerald Dream #1674

The two quests in the Emerald Dream 'It Starts With a Stone' (https://www.wowhead.com/quest=78262/it-starts-with-a-stone) and 'Dreaming of Crests' (https://www.wowhead.com/quest=78271/dreaming-of-crests) are still being tracked by ATT but I could not find any way to obtain and complete them, possibly because I've already done the S4 versions of these quests offered by the same NPC that is now in Valdrakken.

Can anyone confirm if these were removed in Dragonflight Season 4 or if they're just mutually exclusive with the Season 4 versions of these quests?

should be unobtainable as those were Season 3 crests.
