This should lead to lower memory usage when repeatedly clicking 'Update' (out of habit) and allow for existing quest records to simply insert their rewards into themselves. Also hopefully nothing is very broken but I'll probably have to re-visit the logic and clean it up. Please screenshot anything horribly broken in #errors. Thanks
