Update UG with 2101 stuff and new commands

Mostly updated the intro to fit the 2101 requirements. Some things are still largely undone though.

Also added some new commands to the ug for the sake of 2103.
@taufiq @yadunut @AdityaB4 would be good if you guys check through the commands yall made PRs for (or those that you will do soon) and if any changes need to be made, can just update the PR yourselves (or update the UG in your own feature PRs)
