This PR adds a 'Planned Enhancements' section to the DG.
Addresses feature flaws uncovered by the following issues: #128, #127, #126, #124, #114, #113, #102, #97, #95, #91, #89, #86, #83, #82, #79, #78, #77, #75, #74.
