• Changed state to be managed at the "main" function,
  to prevent Recursion Error when pressing play more
  than a thousand times XD
• Removed redundant toggle overlay code (thank god we don't need that)
• Changed start countdown to utilize delta time,
  instead of perf_counter
• Some gitignore and readme changes
