Official support for 1.9.3 stops on Feb 23 2014.

I think we should continue to support 1.9.3 until security support ends (February 23, 2015). Supporting 1.9.3 doesn't cost us much. We have six lines of backports for it. And the only new feature that I miss is the %i(...) syntax.

This may not be worth it if we want to continue supporting JRuby and Rubinius.
