App crashing and restart error has been resolved after updating to latest nightly version.
AdGuard v4.7 Nightly 16

Using adguard beta license.

AdGuard v4.7 Nightly 16 (4.7.30)

Kit v5.0.333
CoreLibs v1.16.25
DnsLibs v2.5.33

Sending bug report over email due to sensitivity of data.

@krnchawla001 We have examined your logs, thank you for sending it to us. Please update to the latest nightly version (4.7 nightly 18) and let me know if the issue is resolved on your device.

Sent basic logs

Still the same 🤷** SEEMS LIKE HAVE TO FIND ALTERNATIVE **

Same issue on Adguard v4.63

Can not export settings.
Plus app is constantly freezing, closing, and firewall is not actually working.

@ghjb004 Could you provide a system bug report from your device?

If so, please follow the steps below:

  1. Enable debug logging:
    Settings -> General -> Advanced -> Logging level -> Debug

  2. Try to export logs in AdGuard application, then remember the exact time when it happened

  3. Collect a bug report in the system settings
    Device settings -> Developer options -> Bug report

(Note: it will take some time to collect the bug report, please wait until the bug report is completed.)

  1. Send this file to [email protected]:
    • mention the 5458 number in the subject
    • specify the exact time when the problem occurred

It got solved after reinstalling it but I lost my settings aka hundreds of customizations due to delayed resolution.

Not fair but what can i do, adguard is best in market as of now

@krnchawla001 Unfortunately, this problem is caused by statistics size. We will do our best to fix this bug it in future versions.

@ghjb004 Will be fixed in future application versions. Please use the Clear statistics option in the context menu on Statistics tab as temporary solution.

@krnchawla001 Unfortunately, this fix is not yet available on the nightly channel, that's why we specified about the beta version.
