Description
Adding a fallback mechanism to quickly switch to Ankr RPC provider in the event that Alchemy experiences downtime.
The new environment variable
NEXT_PUBLIC_RPC_PROVIDERmust be set toankrin order to use thefallbackRpcUrl.Ankr keys env. variables have also been added.

How Has This Been Tested?
Tested on dev environment, with and without the setting
NEXT_PUBLIC_RPC_PROVIDERset toankr.Everything works as expected.
