Bug Fixes To Hydro Release

Steps to make a local wallet:

1. Click "Create New Wallet" tab
2. Select "Create New Wallet" box
3. Select "Generate A Local Keystore File"
4. After wallet creation, click "Local Wallet" in the view & send tab
5. Click load wallet
6. On your first time, you will be prompted to add your Hydro ID
7. After this click load wallet again (I know I'm working on it)
8. Sign message and enter password
9. Unlock wallet

Initial Release of MyCrypto With Hydro Auth

This is the initial release. I do not recommend storing Ethereum/Tokens in this wallet yet
