I hope nodeos to support logging to file and using SIGUSR1 or SIGUSR2 to reopen log file.
then people can use logrotate with postrotate option to reopen log file using SIGUSR1 or SIGUSR2(with no I/O loads) instead of copytruncate(may lose some logs) option.

We will take this into account if/when we choose to update logging framework. We've created a broader placeholder for file logging in the future since that is not a feature we support at all today. Thanks!
