… of the node types being configured. Instead of simply relying on cluster's pnodes and totalnodes specification, add higher level definition of producerNodeCount and validationNodeCount (can be added to as additional node types are supported) that in sum make totalNodes. Also pre-populate the nodeIds that cluster will configure for each node type. Remove support for -s (topo) as currently only supporting default of mesh anyway.
