Also crucial to melee jobs with abilities that go max range (Geirskogul, Nastrond, Stardiver for example). Can now make rotations that can work with this setting in code. Before it would return false if checking just NumberOfHostiles.

Is a must for melee jobs with long-range abilities, and most likely lots of other uses in code.

Now will not break CountdownAction for melee in trials for example.
