Play in GAE SDK en_US

Play B3log using GAE SDK locally

Like the GAE Demo, you may test your B3log Solo in local GAE SDK,

$ ${GAE.HOME}/dev_appserver.sh path/to/b3log-solo-gae-x.x.x

then, visit

http://localhost:8080

NOTICE: in local GAE SDK, two issues proved to occur,

• the comments mail can not be sent
• the articles and comments can not synchronized to the community.
