As discussed, I'll wait with merging this until we switch to the new dataset. And I'll create a PR for METIS_Simulations and METIS_DRLD as well. |

Add persistence recipe
Test SOF in AstarVienna/METIS_Pipeline_Test_Data#7 which needs to be merged first
This PR also include a change that makes the github action try to checkout a branch with the same name in METIS_Pipeline_Test_Data
TODO: Add to EDPS (as an optional step)
