Open your frappe bench folder. The get-app command gets and installs frappe app "Quality".
bench get-app quality https://github.com/newmatik/Quality
After this we install the app.
bench install-app quality
After this reload the Frappe Desk, click on "All Applications" and make sure "Quality" is checked so its visible on your Desk. Please make sure the users you want to contribute have the "Quality Manager" role.
