MTB: Proper AUv3 support for MacOS builds

This release ships with the MTB app which registers the AUv3 plugin. It's also natively built on M1 and support both Apple architectures.

This release ships with the MT2 app which registers the AUv3 plugin. It's also natively built on M1 and support both Apple architectures.

MetalZone for Bass

MTB is a variation of the MT2 plugin geared towards the bass. The cut frequencies for the different filters are lowered to match the bass frequencies better. As such, MTB spills less in high frequencies than MT2. Not that MT2 cannot be used for the bass if that's the sound you are looking for!

GUI update + macOS signing

Updated GUI
Added Audio Unit version as well as Audio Unit v3
Added macOS notarization and signing (let me know if it works...)

Bug fix release

v1.0 has a mistake on the post-tone shaping circuit and was emphasizing 1kHz instead of 100Hz.
