This is probably contingent on us cleaning up our SASS partials in placing the inline SASS comments adjacent to the actual features we want to document.

This task was lifted out from the checkbox list at #61

This task is kinda blocked by:

  • updating the sass partial comments after Jools has moved all applicable content over into jekyll/md
  • cleaning up the remaining sass comment blocks to ensure that the comment blocks are positioned properly within each partial such that linking to a line number actually takes users to the comment block adjacent to the supporting code.
