💡 Feature Request - -multiLBConfig should verify shared backends

Using -multiLBConfig when backends are not shared exposes the user to more risk through complexity and recovery complication. With all basic LBs being deleted before starting migrating any LBs, any error during migration requires manual recovery of all included LBs, resulting in more downtime
