Overview/Summary

This pull request fixes an issue in the docs where the root account is not granted enough permissions to apply roles on the management groups.

This PR fixes/adds/changes/removes

  1. Bug: Require additional Root Management Group permissions  #44

Breaking Changes

  1. None

Testing Evidence

Replicated the issue locally with an SP, elevated the SP and it worked.
