JCore - Update VM Disk Alerts Query

Overview/Summary

Update to both the VM Local Disk 10 and 5% low disk space alerts given they were producing multiple alerts for a single instance of the issue. This was due to the results not being filtered for hosts within the defined host pool.

This PR fixes/adds/changes/removes

1. Fix query for AVD Alerts solution as it was producing multiple alerts for a single instance of the issue
2. Adjust HostPool alerts YAML syntax, remove whitespaces and update same alerts
