Update AMBA ALZ documentation with a clear note about supportability and Best Practices for not deploying to Tenant Root Group

Replace this with a brief description of what this Pull Request fixes, changes, etc.

This PR fixes/adds/changes/removes

1. Note in the Introduction to deploying the ALZ Pattern page under the Prerequisites section item 2
2. Entry in the FAQ like "Can I deploy to Tenant Root Group?" with a very short answer and a link to the CAF documentation. This will make documentation search easier for our customers
