Suggestion:
Update
from azure.ai.textanalytics import TextAnalyticsClient
to

from azure.ai.textanalytics import TextAnalyticsClient,  EntitiesRecognitionTask, PiiEntitiesRecognitionTask, KeyPhraseExtractionTask
