In Award Letters section of the website, when Edit Email is edited nothing shows up in the table.

There is not a specific template for the letter and past submissions are not showing up if any.
This issue is in /chair/awardLetters

I think this issue is tied with 95. When the Award Letter implementation is done, this issue can be resolved

This issue is related to issue 95 and is fixed in branch #95. It waiting for the review and if we can send emails.
