The template should be customizable, editable, and read as described in the trello story: https://trello.com/c/EoavYzpX/57-urcpp-award-letter-template

Where in the db should the email template be stored?

The WYSIWYG editor needs to change to one that can handle HTML. issue #94 allows us to send emails using SMTP. The WYSIWYG editor makes the message that that will send.

The important bits of this issue are:

  • The letter should be editable on the chairs page (in a WYSIWYG).
  • The letter should be saved as HTML.
  • The contents of the WYSIWYG should be sanitized.
  • There should be a drop-down with parameters (this is already done).
