ABBA 0.9.11 - Windows installer

Since the last release:

• Adds Allen and Waxholm atlases in the ASR configuration
• Compatibility with the official OMERO qupath extension, on top of the BIOP one
• One can choose the slicing orientation on ABBA atlas startup
• Many bug fixes

ABBA 0.9.11 release candidate 0 - Windows installer

Features:

• Adds Allen and Waxholm atlases in the ASR configuration

• BigWarp registration thread deadlock

ABBA 0.8.0 Windows installer

Aligning Big Brains and Atlases - v0.8.0

ABBA standalone installer created thanks to the repo https://github.com/BIOP/abba-installer that uses conda-constructor

This installer works for windows OS only. It bundles:

• Fiji with the PTBIOP and OMERO update site
• a conda environment for PyImageJ and Brainglobe
• a conda environment for DeepSlice
• the elastix and transformix registration tool
