Initial commit, functionally done- just need fluff
lawyers can go be useless in security
Did not picture the majority of service dept as it was mostly not modified. The majority of work done there was to route atmos so it will be actually effective. Atmos piping was corrected in the following (and not pictured) areas: service dept, the hallways immediately surrounding supply dept and service dept, crew's lounge entrance. Also did not picture mining upper deck, as aside from some minor piping work, the only change was to move it 2 tiles down to support the cargo changes below. Lawyers office did not have a spawn for a lawyer. As i recall, those are located in security. We haven't had any real numbers of lawyers in years, and I needed the space for the requested public tool storage. |

I much prefer the idea of moving the spare tool storage to the top deck, where the squad damage control area is now, so we can keep the lawyer's office and emergency scrubber supply area in the dorms.
There is also a random welding tank in Atmos right now

Things I noticed after playing a round:
Departures lounge area is missing a bit of floor and firelocks under a door.
There is a fire alarm on the floor in dorms.
The medical lobby has too many lamps.
There is a camera on a lamp in cargo (trash loop)
There is a camera on an APC (on the left of that)
You may want to install a lamp on the quartermaster's outside wall.
Adding more fire extinguishers to the QM office and top of cargo may be nice, since it's such a big space.
If you could put the cameras and lamps in the cargo hallway on opposite walls instead of glass, or extend the walls a bit to make sure they're not on glass, that would be appreciated.
Ditto for any other lamps and cameras on glass to be honest, placing them somewhere else or removing them from the glass is always nicer.
Suggestion: give the small storage closet right outside cargo a public glass door and windows instead of walls.
Surgery and Cargo maintenance doors are still accessible by anyone.
The atmos mixtank area is lacking some camera coverage.
Please put a lamp in the central hallway, right below CIC, on the wall seperating it from arrivals. That spot is just always really dark for no reason.
The janitors have a sink in one of their carts.
there is jank but functional piping that I did not fix on the upper deck. That will be fixed... probably in a different PR.
Fixed KMC piping on upper deck, changed exterior window spawners to correct type, added carp spawners, fixed a couple door permissions
About The Pull Request
This PR updates cargo/service department, and adds a public tool storage to the former lawyers office, as well as joining the ships main Turbine Generator to the rest of vaccuum atmos. It also reroutes a hilarious amount of piping of all types in those areas for de-cluttering and gameplay reasons.
Why It's Good For The Game
Cargo techs may like more than one tile around the shuttle to work with. Maintenance rooms are good. Less vulnerable atmos and delivery network. Reworked piping means that its possible to control atmos in those areas much better.
