Applied the same changes to improve the accessibility of the Notes for translators control to the Comment control at the request of Freedom Scientific.
- Added the Go to comment menu item to the Go menu.
- Added a keyboard accelerator, Alt+C, to the Go to comment menu item.
- Converted the Comment control, which was once a static text control, to a read only edit control.
