Safe : true makes miners crash #173

When I put safe : true, mining app keeps “restarting” in Windows and the daemon shows empty window. Put Safe : false back, everything runs well.
Tested on some PCs (all Windows). Latest codes at Master. Compiled by myself with MSYS2.

Does happen on linux too. Will look into it.
