This is a stubbed out version of a Preview App that will be used to build the SwiftUI views that are custom to this library as well as hooking up to bridge to allow previewing surveys via TestFlight.
Right now it doesn't do a whole lot but the surveys that have been built can be shown within the app and the Swift Package dependencies are set up. For now, I have it pointing to org.sagebase.BiAffectPreview so that eventually when you guys take ownership of it, the preview app that is currently hosted by us won't get mucked up b.c the Apple accounts have changed.
