Find My > Devices
Hit the down chevron to expand devices without location, swipe up/scroll down (works without issue) then scroll back up/swipe down (this causes the entire menu to be closed at the speed you scroll, so if there are a lot of devices (like all devices in your Apple family), you aren't able to get back to the top of the menu.

Hopefully this video gets the point across even with the blur...menu is closed when swiping down. Expected behavior would be that just the content would scroll until you reach the top of the content, at which point, then the menu would also begin to close. As is, a down swipe doesn't account for the content being displayed and just tries to close the menu.
