Transmission "traffic map" is featured on scrolly-telling with some aesthetic improvements and web compatibility improvements such as putting the legend on the map instead of beside it. This allows the map to stay in the same orientation as the website user scrolls down the page and contributes to an "animated" effect as the user scrolls. Other aesthetics have been improved for the website i.e. adjusting line thickness.Screen Shot 2020-09-24 at 12.19.27 PM.png

Transmission utilization, risk and binding incidents maps improvement for website compatibility and addition of meaningful hover-over tips.  Addresses zenhub issue #178 Transmission "traffic map" web compatibility.
