Alpha Sylius 2 support

Updating the plugin to use the SyliusPluginSkeleton for 2.0

This means a lot of changes to the plugin structure. (see the upgrade guide)

The plugin now has no more custom Javascript as it uses Live Components for its rendering.

Adding support for all Sylius 1 versions

Seeing that Sylius doesn't break compatibility with features and bugfixes we're just going to require any Sylius 1 version.

Replacing the jQuery logic with raw Javascript

Removing the `ProductVariant` resource override
