Restore backup app is unjustely unavailable #15423

I want to restore my app to a version of 5 days ago. I get a notitification that this is unavailable because another user is editing the app. Seems impossible since I am the only user in the app. Anyone an idea how I can restore the backups? |

I'm sorry you're having this issue. Occasionally encounter cases where I can see another user (also me) is also editing the same app but in another tab. It might be worth clearing your cache and restarting your browser to see if that addresses the issue. If that doesn't work, with a single tab open, go into each of these apps in the builder, and then return to the portal. If neither of these two approaches work, please get back to us and we'll see what else we can do to help. |

hey @mikesealey I have tried both solutions you suggested here, but none of them resolved the problem. We keep having the problem that 'another user is editing the app'. I checked it for the other apps we developped, but there we can restore the backup. The issue occurs only in one app. |

It sounds like there's been some error along the way that makes it seem like there are two sessions happening. A simple way to resolve this might be to change or reset your password, which should end both sessions. Please try this and let us know how you get on.
