Expected behavior

Pixel values extraction works irrespective of workflow errors

Actual behavior

A failed workflow blocks pixel values extraction operation as long as it is not removed

Steps to reproduce the problem

  1. Open a stored local data source that is no longer there on the local disk
  2. Open a valid Dataset
  3. Open Variables panel on the right bottom
  4. Click any area on the Cesium Globe

A solution is to make pixel extraction task a separate operation. At the moment it is part of workspace operation.
