A newer version of net.javacrumbs.shedlock:shedlock-core exists, but since this PR has been edited by someone other than Dependabot I haven't updated it. You'll get a PR for the updated version as normal once this PR is merged. |

deployed a test branch to dev4 and can see that the scheduled task is running and that it's updating the shedlock table appropriately when it runs
not related to Shedlock, but I don't think I implemented this line properly because it looks like the task is running in our lowers even when the property is set to false:
so I may try to put up a fix for that
