Bacon loads its default configuration then, in order:

  • the global prefs.toml
  • the file whose path is in environment variable BACON_PREFS
  • the workspace level bacon.toml file
  • the package level bacon.toml file
  • the file whose path is in environment variable BACON_CONFIG
