• Removed magic numbers buffer lengths. Defined buffer lengths are 1 longer than required in case we need to adda null terminating character.

• Fixed bug in dummy read, it wouldn't read enough into the buffer. Added define for dummy read buffer length. Would like to get rid of dummy read eventually.
