I guess you need to update this PR with the tweaks from the gulp PR? More diffs here than just the deletions. |
Replaced with gulp in #3106.

Don't look at this until #3106 is merged. Then this can be insta-merged because it will just be a delete of ant and other files associated with the old build process that are no longer needed.
