Changes introduced in this pull request:

• Bump versions of toml, dialoguer and memmap2
• Bump patch versions of all crates
• Fix dialoguer build errors.
• Fix libp2p build warnings (from patch upgrade).

warning: use of deprecated module libp2p::libp2p_swarm::keep_alive: Configure an appropriate idle connection timeout via SwarmBuilder::idle_connection_timeout instead. To keep connections alive 'forever', use Duration::from_secs(u64::MAX).
