Add Redux DevTools support.

I ask myself how i could monitor state for example in chrome (like REDUX Tool).
Do you have any hints for that?

I may be able to tie into the Redux dev tool, but this feature does not exist yet.

I'll add it to the to-do list, but it will have to come after the Provider feature.
